If you require medical care while overseas—whether as an inpatient or outpatient—our team is available to provide comprehensive support throughout your treatment.

We actively monitor your case and can coordinate directly with treating medical professionals to help ensure you receive appropriate, high-quality care at every stage. Should your current facility not meet the required standard, we can arrange a timely transfer via ground transport, commercial airline, or air ambulance to a suitable center of medical excellence. Our US registered medical staff have extensive experience handling medical situations globally to ensure you have a solid peace of mind to help you through a difficult time, no matter where you are.

Throughout your care, we maintain clear and consistent communication with you and your designated contacts, ensuring you remain fully informed, supported, and confident in the care being provided.

Outpatient Assistance

Travelers who require medical intervention while abroad but do not need a hospital stay will seek outpatient care. For travelers who find themselves in need of emergency outpatient treatment, Centurion will be available to assist with contacting the medical facility to monitor care, request medical reports, settle medical bills, and obtain prescriptions.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of a serious illness or injury overseas, we can arrange rapid air ambulance evacuation to ensure you receive the care you need without delay. Our team coordinates every aspect of the transfer, including medical assessment, flight logistics, and ground transportation, utilizing fully equipped aircraft staffed by experienced medical professionals. We are also able to provide overland, maritime, or rotary evacuation should a fixed wing option not be available due to your location.

We work to transport you safely to the nearest appropriate center of medical excellence or, when clinically appropriate, repatriate you closer to home. Throughout the process, we remain in close communication with you, your family, to provide a seamless and fully supported experience no matter where you are.

At Centurion, we understand the importance of efficient communication when a crisis occurs. For that reason, we ensure that every call we receive is answered by a member of our team rather than by an automated system. Our team is staffed 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist our members, guaranteeing complete coverage from the time the case is opened to the time it is resolved.

Unexpected Overseas Coordination

If you find yourself in a unexpected non-medical situation such as lost travel documents, embassy referrals, unexpected travel advice, legal referrals we are more than happy to assist. Should you need further information before your departure please let us know.

Prescription Replacement Assistance

Centurion can provide assistance to members travelling abroad who have either lost their medical prescriptions or who need help getting a refill due to an unexpected delay in their return home. If you find yourself in this situation, we can assist with contacting your physician to obtain a copy of the prescription, locating a nearby pharmacy, and assisting with either payment or reimbursement as applicable to cover the medication cost.
